Description
This course builds on the Starter-level course in exploring counselling skills and theory. Together we'll dive more deeply than we did on the Starter course as we learn more about person-centred counselling and have the chance to practice some of the skills involved.
As you enhance your communication skills, you'll increase your confidence and improve your well-being. All the while you'll be equipping yourself to progress towards a range of volunteering or employed roles, or on to further study. Learning about counselling can support our self-development in many ways, some you might not even expect! On this course, we'll have a particular focus on developing some much sought-after transferable 'soft skills'.
Whatever your goals, this might be the course for you!
